You have the wrong idea! Meditation is so much more than that. There are meditation classes! You don't need to be rich to be happy.  First, sit in a comfortable position; the crossed legs are optional!  Don't hum, but instead, clear your mind of all thoughts, emotional or otherwise.  This is the most important part.  If your mind is not clear of all thoughts, you will not be totally refreshed. Now, once your mind is clear, relax yourself. To help to relax, whisper to yourself three times over each part of your body so that you are relaxed.  Example: My toes are relaxed, my knees are relaxed. You may be in a lying position to do all of this, by the way. Sit relaxed like this for as long as you like. Meditation is all about sitting like this, relaxing, not thinking of other things that worry you. You will find, when you get up, that you feel refreshed and ready to face your problems. Tip #1: Play soft, slow music quietly in the background to get an extra sense of relaxation. Tip #2: Meditation is best done alone. Tip #3: Another form of meditation includes taking yourself through a past event and, while relaxed and happy, figuring out how to deal with it now. Lift your shoulders off of the ground so that you are at the peak of the normal sit-up position.  Pretend like you're riding a bike with your feet, alternating your legs back and forth.  Hold your stomach muscles really tight for as long as you can in the sit-up position!</p>";
