" "

Book Rating: **** four stars (incredible)
Book Subcategory: Young Adult

Briefly tell us what this book is about (without giving away the ending, of course!).

How does the title relate to the storyline?

The title was great for this book because the man's name was Angelo Pignati and he had lots of pigs in one the rooms of his house. Pignati and pig sort of came togther, calling him The Pigman.

Is there something interesting that the author does to present the story?

The author presented the story as a journal for sophmores as a project for school, telling all the adventures they had with The Pigman.

If you could rewrite the story, what would you change to make it better?

Why would you recommend (or not recommend) this book to a friend?

I recommend this book because I believe the book would really change people's imagination.

Why did you choose to read this particular book?

School project, but it was worth it.

Complete this sentence:

When I finished reading the last page of this book, I felt... Surprised, the book had a shocking ending I didn't expect.

What type of reader do you think this book is appropriate for?

Give at least one example of a memorable quote, moment, or theme from the book.

My favorite part of the book came from the selection where The Pigman told them a story of how a woman had gotten killed by an assassin. He wanted them to write down who they thought was responsible for her death. They both wrote "boatman," which meant they both believed in magic.

Would you ever read another book by this author?

Yes

In your overall opinion, this book is...

A learning experience.
